Backstory
In a mechanical world, where the overuse of fossil fuels has changed the environment, the ground has become a hot wasteland. The air is thick, the soil is dead. In order to escape the harsh conditions, the inhabitants have established hovering cities higher up in the sky. These cities float above ground, safe from the chaos below. As the rich prosper in comfort and luxury, the poor must fight for their survival, struggling each day just to stay alive. Many have been forced to live off the scraps of the old world, collecting whatever they can find from the ruins left behind.
Player’s Perspective
You play as a scavenger from the “Sandwalkers Guild”. Your job is to collect valuable resources from the old civilization down below, searching ruins for anything useful for the city. A dangerous job that only the bravest of people dare take upon themselves. During one of your travels, your airship has crashed, leaving you stranded, far from any help. To survive in this broken, overheated world, you must repair your ship, and restore it in order to get back to society once more.
Can you overcome this tragedy, or will you fall prey to the harsh nature of this decaying world
Current State
The game is currently in Beta. Core systems are in place, and the full gameplay loop is functional. Visuals, sound, and UI have seen major improvements, but some polish and refinements are still ongoing.
What Are We Testing
We’re focusing on overall playability and player experience. We want feedback on gameplay balance, user interface clarity, and how intuitive the building and progression systems feel. We’re also interested in spotting any remaining bugs or moments of confusion.
Known Bugs
- Occasional visual glitches during ship construction
- Some sound effects may still be missing or incorrectly triggered
- Minor UI elements may overlap or misalign on different resolutions

Development Summary (Beta Build)
We are now in the Beta phase of development. The game is fully playable from start to finish, with all major systems implemented and improved since the Alpha build. Key areas such as visuals, sound, and user interface have been updated, and several core mechanics have been refined based on previous feedback.
The focus during this phase has been to enhance the overall player experience, improve stability, and identify remaining bugs or unclear gameplay moments. With most features in place, this build represents a more complete version of the game—though polish and performance optimization are still ongoing.
