Jester and the Box
A downloadable game for Windows
Jester and the Box is a third-person puzzle adventure.
Playing as Trix the Jester, you must make your way through the lands of Circadia using your jesterly wits and your trusty box companion, Lorenzo.
Solve puzzles and platform your way to the end while exploring a beautiful and whimsical world inspired by the medieval period and circus themes.
Get to know peculiar and charming characters, discover hidden gems, and enjoy the journey in Jester and the Box.
Game Project 3 - Futuregames
For our third game project at Futuregames, we spent seven intense weeks building a fully playable Unreal Engine 5 prototype, from concept to final presentation.

Install instructions
Installation
- Download JesterAndTheBoxSetup_v1.1.exe.
- Run the installer and follow the on-screen instructions.
- Launch Jester and the Box from the desktop shortcut or Start Menu.
Notes
- If Windows SmartScreen appears because the game is unsigned, click More info → Run anyway.
- Save files are created automatically the first time you play.
Known Issues:
Starting a New Game resets the collectibles in previous save files.The box can occasionally be thrown through wallsMinor spelling and grammatical errors may still be present
Please bear in mind that this is a school project, and some bugs may still be present.

Great game everyone! This is such a fun little adventure with Trix and the box. Nice progression through the levels too and adore the artwork and level design.
