ABOUT THE GAME

Dissonance is a first-person psychological horror puzzle game that blends investigation, exploration, and environmental storytelling into a slow-burning descent into the unknown.

You play as a private investigator assigned to examine the death of a secluded individual living in an old, seemingly abandoned house. What begins as a routine investigation quickly takes a darker turn as you uncover traces of a troubled past hidden within the home's walls. Every room contains fragments of a story waiting to be pieced together.

As you explore, you'll solve puzzles, discover hidden clues, and gradually uncover the events that led to the house's current state. The deeper you venture, the more unsettling the atmosphere becomes. Strange sounds echo through empty hallways, familiar objects take on new meaning, and the line between reality and memory begins to blur.

Dissonance focuses on tension and mystery rather than combat. The horror comes from what you uncover, not what chases you. Through environments, immersive audio, and puzzles, the game encourages players to observe, investigate, and connect the pieces.

Behind every locked door lies another piece of the truth. Explore a haunting environment, solve puzzles, investigate hidden clues, and unravel a story shaped by isolation, obsession, grief, and regret.
