Changelog:

• The pause menu is largely functioning -- you may have to press escape twice under certain conditions
• Implemented dynamic music based on the number of enemies engaged in combat
• Fixed the player falling into the ground on respawn
• Added VFX to show when an enemy is stunned
• Improved VFX that show which enemy your knife is stuck into
• Improved collisions in level 3 -- shots should spend less time hitting invisible collisions
• Add post-process effects to improve overall visual cohesion
